Materials & Methods
GRC — Our Core Material
Glass-fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) is at the heart of our work. Lightweight, strong, and versatile, it allows us to create bespoke forms with rich textures, thin elegant panels, or sculptural features, all built to last. Its strength and reduced weight also make transport and installation simpler and cleaner, expanding the creative possibilities for every project.
Custom Moulding & Sculpting
Many of our pieces begin with bespoke moulds, crafted from MDF, plastic, silicone, or other materials depending on the project. These moulds allow precise control over form, detail, and texture when casting GRC. For more organic, one-off creations, we also sculpt directly in GRC by hand, combining tactile craftsmanship with material flexibility.
Mixed-Material Capability
Alongside GRC, we work with timber, engineered wood, metal, acrylic, and other materials. Each is selected for performance, finish, and suitability, ensuring that every piece works beautifully and functionally, indoors or outdoors.
Full-Service Workflow
From initial concept and 3D visualisation, through design refinement, fabrication, finishing, and installation, we manage every stage of a project in-house. This approach guarantees consistency, precision, and full control over the final outcome, so every piece meets both aesthetic and functional expectations.
