We ship across New Zealand and select international destinations (inquire for details).

Inspect goods on arrival—reject delivery if packaging is visibly damaged and notify us within 24 hours for claims.

Deliveries require reasonable access (e.g., paved roads) unless pre-arranged.

Returns & Remedies

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we’ll repair, replace, or refund faulty items (not as described, unfit for purpose) if reported within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective, due to their custom nature. No “change of mind” returns.

Colour discrepancies from screen displays aren’t defects—images are references only.

You cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
