Terms & conditions

Welcome to Unfound Creations, operated by Unfound Limited (NZBN: 9429050693740). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Unfound. By using unfound.co.nz or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Services & Products
We design, fabricate, and supply bespoke works—including sculptures, furniture, and more—using materials like glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC), wood, resin, metals, acrylic, and paints. Each project is custom, with details (materials, timelines, costs) confirmed in a written quote or contract.

  2. Orders & Payment

    • Orders require a deposit (typically 50%) to begin, with the balance due upon completion, before delivery or installation.

    • Prices are in NZD, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and set on the order date.

    • Shipping and payment fees are outlined before confirmation or tailored per project.

  3. Cancellations
Cancelling after work starts may forfeit your deposit to cover costs incurred. We’ll confirm any fees in writing.

  4. Intellectual Property
Our designs remain Unfound Creations’ property until fully paid, then ownership of the physical piece transfers to you.

  5. Products

    • Some items are exclusive online, with limited quantities.

    • We strive for accurate colour representation, but monitor variations may occur—images are guides only.

    • We may limit sales by region or discontinue products without notice.

  6. Warranty

    • A 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. We’ll replace faulty items at our discretion, subject to availability (substitutes may vary).

    • Exclusions: misuse, improper care, normal wear, fading, or scratches. See Care & Maintenance for details.

  7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value, excluding indirect losses (e.g., lost profits), as permitted by law.

  8. Consumer Guarantees Act
Per New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, we ensure products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Business clients may opt out for commercial items in writing.

  9. Governing Law
New Zealand law applies, with disputes handled in NZ courts.
