We had a blast crafting this Giant Clam to bring Darkhorse Agency's vision to life for their Chemist Warehouse - Oasis Brand Showcase in Auckland.

Darkhorse supplied a concept image for the giant clam, which we referenced to develop a detailed design for construction and assembly.

The shell features a foam core with a painted hard-shell exterior and a hinged back, allowing it to open and close for easy transport and setup. We adorned the edges with over 100 faux gold leaves, chosen over paint for a radiant, authentic glow true to the original vision. The interior sparkles with a custom blend of fine and chunky glitters, cast in clear resin for a dazzling effect. The oversized squab and “worm cushion” were tailored to fit perfectly, completing the immersive experience.
