With the 2024 FIB Symposium & Concrete NZ Conference being held in New Zealand for the first time, Platinum Sponsor Holcim New Zealand required a stand fit for centre stage. The space needed to be inviting, providing room for both a VR experience and meaningful conversation.

We designed, fabricated, and delivered the 4m x 6m stand, featuring a lightweight double wall that echoes Holcim’s Cepovett head office façade, designed by architect Pierre Minassian. The double-sided wall allowed us to conceal cables and supports for a 65” TV screen and product signage. Foliage was applied to each panel, complemented by lighting and branded lettering.

As a leading cement supplier, it was fitting for the Holcim stand to include a concrete podium. We designed and manufactured a custom, branded, LED-backlit podium from white, low-carbon, glass fibre-reinforced concrete (GRC), which also incorporated a shelf for storing marketing collateral.
